As a social business we invest our profits into employability initiatives across east London, supporting the economic and social regeneration efforts of our parent charity East London Business Alliance (ELBA), the leading regeneration charity in east London.

We are a trading subsidiary of ELBA, which facilitates corporate investment from over 100 companies and partners, including some of the region's largest employers, into community programmes across east London boroughs.
