Carolyn Simmonds has worked in recruitment since 1994 building up one of the most successful branches in the CSG group and rising to senior management steadily. After 10 years she left to set up her first business start-up that resulted the company in a sale to the largest online recuitment agency in the UK, and then Trinity Mirror group. This guided Carolyn to take on her next big challenge of doing it all over again-This time alone. After setting up then selling her own company in 2009, Carolyn has been working in both recruitment and welfare to work, developing teams and coaching them to success in a tough and challenging economy.
